Day rate: $1,500.00 per day on location, plus all expenses.
Terms: 50% in advance and balance due in 10 days.
Expenses invoiced and due on presentation.

Rate for one week or five days on location is: $5,000.00
Terms: 50% (30 days in advance) and balance due on completion of assignment. All expenses to be invoiced due and payable on presentation.

Rate for one month or four five day consecutive weeks is
$17,000.00. Terms: $5,000.00 payable 30 days in advance and balance due at contract end at site. All expenses due on presentation of invoice.

TRADE SHOWS: Ken Bannister is available to work trade shows representing your firm for sales, demonstration or lecture purposes. All assignments on a per day rate or week basis by contract agreed upon by both parties. All expenses will be invoiced per agreement. SPECIAL RATES APPLY FOR TRADE SHOWS. One year contract or full time agreement: $200,000 to be paid bi-monthly to Bannister Ent., Inc. Full benefits, expenses, and incentives on top. All to be agreed upon.

TELEPHONE consultations are billed at $100.00 per half hour.
